Peter Natsios, General Manager

Mr. Natsios joined Piconics, Inc. in 2005 and serves as general manager. He was the controller and general manager for fifteen years at PCS, Inc., a privately held corporation. Under his leadership, the company grew to a profitable conglomerate with interests in printed circuit board manufacturing, laser systems, real estate development and commercial property management with revenues of $21 million. Prior to PCS, he owned a property management company specializing in condominium properties in the Boston area with over 500 units under management. Mr Natsios began his career at Wang Laboratories Inc., an innovative leader in computer hardware manufacturing and services, where he was responsible for new product pricing. Peter is very active in his community and serves as a director for the Dracut Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides academic assistance to high school graduates. Mr. Natsios holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston University.

Mayur Gandhi, Worldwide Sales Manager

Mayur Gandhi joined Piconics, Inc. in February 2007.  Mayur has fourteen years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry in positions ranging from Sales and Marketing to Materials Management and Logistics Planning.  His background in sales along with his manufacturing experience strengthens the management team at Piconics and adds an excellent advocate for the customer.  As Regional Sales Manager, Mayur will support and develop relationships with Piconics customers, representatives and business partners. His role will also include assistance in the expansion of our product offerings, maintaining customer satisfaction and aiding in the growth of the company.  Mr. Gandhi is experienced in the management of a representatives based sales force and electronics distributors and the development of sales and marketing strategies. He is also well versed in international trade and was the Export Compliance Officer for SatCon Electronics, immediately prior to joining Piconics.  Mr. Gandhi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts.  In his free time, Mayur enjoys cooking, and loves to travel.

Dan Merrill , Quality Assurance Manager

Dan Merrill joined Piconics in July of 2006. He comes to Piconics with a degree in Quality Assurance Management and thirty years experience in printed circuit technology. During these years Dan has served as Quality Assurance Manager for Diceon International (now a Sanmina-SCI Company) and Products Engineering Supervisor also with Sanmina-SCI Corporation. The combination of quality and front end engineering understanding has provided Dan with a strong knowledge of interpreting and communicating customer requirements as well as the intuition of always putting the customer first. Dan possesses extended knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 and experience with many quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Apollo Root Cause Analysis and auditing, to name a few. Dan lives with his wife Louise in Hudson N.H. and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and football season.
