Dan Merrill, Vice President of Operations

Dan Merrill joined Piconics in July of 2006. He comes to Piconics with a degree in Quality Assurance Management and thirty years experience in printed circuit technology. During these years Dan has served as Quality Assurance Manager for Diceon International (now a Sanmina-SCI Company) and Products Engineering Supervisor also with Sanmina-SCI Corporation. The combination of quality and front end engineering understanding has provided Dan with a strong knowledge of interpreting and communicating customer requirements as well as the intuition of always putting the customer first. Dan possesses extended knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 and experience with many quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Apollo Root Cause Analysis and auditing, to name a few. Dan lives with his wife Louise in Hudson N.H. and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and football season.

Brian Goodhue, Vice President of Engineering

Brian Goodhue joined Piconics in 2004. He graduated form the University of Massachusetts Lowell in December of 2003 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Brian started at Piconics working on tooling development and production process improvement for the Inductor and micro-molding departments. Overtime he grew into the role of engineering manager for the Inductor department. As Engineering Manager, he oversees both mechanical and electrical aspects Piconics products and production processes. He currently resides in Massachusetts and enjoys fishing in his spare time.

Bill Quinton, West Coast Sales Manager

Bill Quinton started as Business Development manager for Piconics in October 2005 bringing over 35 years of experience in the electronics market. He has an extensive background in manufacturing, purchasing, production control and sales management. Bill is responsible for both the sales development on the west coast and for assisting Piconics in the overall business development of their new products and services. He resides in southern California with his wife Denise and enjoys basketball and racquetball.
